The Democrats have a new leader. The 447-member board elected Howard Dean as Chairman of the DNC today.
All I can say is, it's ABOUT TIME!!! People try to paint Dean as a northern-elitist liberal...what garbage! Look at the man's record: he's socially liberal, but conservative fiscally.
We need someone who is not republican-lite. We need someone that will communicate our values, and share what we believe in. We need someone that will fight for Democrats in all 50 states, in every county, at every level.
