That's what my wife calls it.
Anyways, have a safe and happy Thanksgiving! I will be in Green Bay with family, and won't be posting until at least Sunday night, or Monday morning.
Enjoy!

I can never understand why pumpkin pie is only available during Thanksgiving, much like candy cane flavoured ice cream is only available in December until early January! I have found myself in quite a quandry when I have a craving for pumpkin pie in the middle of June. Ask a supermarket attendant if they have pumpkin pie and they will look at you as if you are from outer space (or a pumpkin patch). Holidays suck sometimes...
I totally feel your pain!
I LOVE peppermint stick ice cream, and would buy it year-round if I could!!! Pumpkin pie is SO good; they should sell it year-round as well. I think it has something to do w/ the harvest, and w/ all the old pumpkins after Halloween, it just makes sense. My Mom made a cherry pie this past weekend that would change your world...it was that good.
That's why my favorite holiday is St. Patrick's Day. I can drink Guinness all year long! :)
